CEO & Founder
Rachel Link
Rachel Link, founder of LINK, is a creative executive with expertise in enterprise technology strategy, strategic communication and organizational change management. Prior to founding LINK, she worked for the U.S. Navy as the Lead Strategy and Communication Advisor at OPNAV N2N6 and the Director of Strategy and Communication at Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic.
Prior to joining the government in 2018, Rachel was employed at Maga Design Group (now Throughline, Inc.) where she was the Vice President for Client Services. In addition to the Navy, her clients included the United States Postal Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, Cisco, Dell, Pepsico, Xerox, Honeywell and Microsoft.
In all her roles, Rachel builds strategy, develops communications and creates change through radical transparency and collaboration; design thinking and human-centered design; and immersive experiences and visualization.
Rachel is a Charleston Regional Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award winner and Armed Forces Communication Electronics Association Forty Under 40 award winner. Rachel and her family, her husband Brett, and two children, reside in Northern Virginia.

Lawson Sivertson
Lawson is a visual storyteller with 17 years of professional experience partnering with engineers, thought leaders, and academics to untangle complex subject matter, identify narratives, and craft powerful, visual stories that drive understanding and inspire action. Her passion and expertise are unmatched and guide her in leading the company’s creative process and delivery.
Lawson brings a decade of experience supporting the Navy’s technical acquisition community, including direct support to PEO Digital’s Technical Director. In addition, she has worked with National Geographic Magazine for 13 years in both staff and freelance positions to write and produce graphics for print and digital editions of an award-winning, 9.5-million-circulation magazine. Her blend of experience in both the fields of journalism and design thinking give her a sharp eye for visual storytelling in both data-driven and abstract formats.
Prior employers include Booz Allen Hamilton, Throughline, Inc, National Geographic Magazine, and the Houston Chronicle. Lawson is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Hussman School of Journalism and Media. She resides in Greenville, SC with husband Erik and their two sons.

Adrienne Betenbaugh
Adrienne is an extroverted, empathetic leader who loves to move fast, think strategically, and build relationships. As an accomplished athlete, Adrienne brings a coachable and communicative lens to her teams, projects, and passions.
At LINK, Adrienne’s primary focus is developing superior client experiences by managing stakeholders, understanding complex issues, and helping teams across sectors arrive at powerful solutions driven by visual thinking, storytelling, and creative execution.
Adrienne’s 17+ years of experience helping organizations (of all sizes) in a variety of roles (through project management, development, growth strategy, content strategy, branding, marketing, and facilitation) make her a powerful communicator and an experienced leader that both client and internal teams trust and value. Some of the organizations she has partnered with are Stanley Security, Cisco, Google, Lyft, Baxter, GDIT, Disney, the Department of Defense, Department of State and more!
Adrienne is a 2007 Graduate of the University of South Carolina, School of Journalism + Communications. Adrienne lives with her husband, David, and two young children in Charleston, SC.
