Driven
We are high achievers with fanatical attention to consistency and detail. A bias to yes is always on the menu. Order me up a slice of bacon with an order of true grit.

Creative Problem Solvers
We are creative problem solvers with versatility in our roles and skills. Tough problem? Overwhelming challenge? Tired of the same old story? Never heard of her.

Joyous
What's the fun in showing up to work if you aren't going to smile and laugh? Humor through gifs, yes please!

Human-centered
We show up to work every day as humans who are empathetic and authentic with design methodology at our core. We aren't robots (yet).

Open-minded
We seek to understand and do the critical thinking. We are coachable and lead with curiosity. No question mark.
